Your expertise in machine setup, operation, maintenance, and quality control will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet industry standards. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set up CNC machines according to specifications, including loading materials, installing tooling, and calibrating settings.
  • Operate CNC machinery to produce accurate and precise components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance, conduct regular inspections, and make adjustments to maintain optimal operation and prevent errors.
  • Verify the quality of finished products using precision measurement tools and make necessary adjustments to meet required tolerances.
  • Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations and sequencing.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with expertise in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain accurate records and perform quality checks.
Safety & Environmental Factors: All employees are expected to adhere to the company’s safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
