Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Dexter Automatic Products Co. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of new CNC machines and equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
