Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect who will lead the design and implementation of a complex multi-cloud future state as part of our Digital Transformation leveraging best in class multi-cloud principles. This role is a key member of our transformational team working closely with our Enterprise Systems and Data Management groups to design and build best practice cloud enabled platforms to support our modernization and company future state strategy. Candidate will also be responsible for infrastructure project delivery of multi-vendor projects, focusing on project planning & execution, communicating project performance to senior leadership & business stakeholders, managing cross-functional resources, vendor and risk management.

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.


Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What you'll do:

As our cloud architect, your role will be to leverage your technical knowledge across best practices and technologies helping the company utilize the benefits of the cloud in support of the enterprise's overall digital future agenda including precision agriculture. You'll also assist with both short and long-term strategies and program and project delivery.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement cloud strategy and manages adaption process
  • Evaluation of cloud applications, hardware and software
  • Work closely with IT GRC and Security to monitor cloud privacy
  • Identify best cloud architecture solutions for specific strategic business needs
  • Infrastructure Program and Project Delivery

Who you are:

  • Experienced in architecting and implementing complex multi-cloud solutions
  • Proven ability to deliver leading edge IT Infrastructure and Operations programs and technology in CPG/Manufacturing
  • Passion for achieving excellence in delivery including program operationalization partnering with multiple non-IT functions
  • Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Change agent with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels to engage, educate and shift existing behaviors and beliefs
  • Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
  • Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, specifically around IT Infrastructure and Operations within a large complex or global business
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting, executing and designing IT cloud solutions
  • IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven architectural, program, project and process management skill sets. OT experience a plus
  • Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus
