About the Position:
As a Senior Consultant in Infusion Services, you will be instrumental in supporting our Infusion Services team. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative and engaging team environment and contributing to the professional development of your colleagues through knowledge sharing. You will also be responsible for quality assurance of team members’ work, ensuring it meets client needs and supports Visante’s growth.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert, leveraging your specialized knowledge to support our clients’ vision and strategic objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in offering guidance and developing solutions to address and resolve organizational challenges, ultimately enhancing the value we deliver to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish credibility with clients, including senior client administrators and physician leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with client team members, delivering high-quality products and deliverables.
- Solution Development: Apply strong critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions for client problems. Influence project plans and directions meaningfully by owning work streams and contributing to team-building activities such as caucuses and forums.
- Client Development: Make high-quality contributions to client development efforts, including analysis and research for proposals. Contributes to Visante’s knowledge development by documenting client engagement approaches and participating in practice sub-teams.
- Project Management: Learn about client business challenges to identify problems, gather information, and implement solutions. Assist with the development of the scope of work, milestones, and resources needed to meet project objectives. Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Delivery and Implementation: Develop and present plans to implement recommended changes, ensuring project results are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education and Experience:Required: Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred: Advanced degree. Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is preferred.
Preferred Experience: Previous consulting and/or client-facing experience, with experience in supporting the setup of operations within Infusion Pharmacy

- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
