Hours and Pay

  • Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. HVAC technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, cleaning and installing all equipment used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning in all areas of our building and campus.  Candidate will also help with snow removal, trash removal, and provide excellent customer service to our residents and staff.
  2. Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of industrial HVAC equipment including; fan coil units, air handlers, variable air volume controllers, circulating water pumps, and supply and exhaust fans. Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, and coil cleaning.
  3. Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cottage heat pumps and furnaces.
  4. Performs general maintenance tasks on the following systems; laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
  5. Utilize maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of experience in maintenance/construction, or trade school.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the electrical/HVAC trade, with electrical maintenance training and troubleshooting.
  • High school diploma.
  • Certified in CFC 1,2,3 required.
  • Must possess a valid PA driver's license.
