Are you excited about this K-2 Special Education Case Manager/Learning Support Teacher job?As a K-2 Special Education Case Manager/Learning Support Teacher at Deep Roots Charter School, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling daily schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Each day will involve developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of your students. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure effective communication and enhance student learning. In addition, you will lead small group sessions focusing on targeted skill development, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress throughout the year.
Building strong relationships with your students and fostering an inclusive classroom environment will be central to your role. Expect to engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for success.
