In collaboration with a major automotive client in Detroit, you'll be at the heart of cutting-edge automotive technology. This position requires a proactive and analytical professional who excels in debugging and problem-solving to ensure the seamless operation of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand, debug, and resolve application issues with strong analytical abilities.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate hands-on, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Provide robust application management services (AMS) support, including querying system logs and debugging issues.
- System Integration: Understand system integration concepts and API specifications.
- Create flow diagrams to represent the operational functionality of systems.
- Leverage experience in the automotive sector, particularly in connected vehicle technology.
- Maintain a solid understanding of IT systems and their support requirements.
- Develop and maintain precise technical and user documentation.
- Perform tasks such as monitoring, analysis, reporting, and addressing issues promptly.
- I Manage communications for outages/incidents affecting the user community.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
- Analyze incidents and propose improvements to minimize future occurrences and reduce incident inflow.

- Any programming background is a plus.
Qualifications:
Willingness to work Onsite in Auburn Hills, MI- Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.
