Job DescriptionJob Description

Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community located in Timonium, Maryland is seeking an experienced Cook to contribute to our culinary team. We have 3 different restaurants (fine dining, bistro, and café). Our menus change daily, so you won’t be bored cooking the same food every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Culinary degree preferred, but not required
  • Prior restaurant experience required
  • ServSafe certified preferred/required after hire
  • Minimum 5 years professional cooking experience
  • Ability to read, write and follow directions in a recipe
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods
  • Professional, self-motivated, dependable team player

WE OFFER:

  • No late nights – most shifts are 11:30am to 8:00pm
