Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSedona Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an outbound sales representative for one of our amazing client companies
Position Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services and drive sales revenue.
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:00 PMPay: $20.00/hr to start + commission
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce company’s products/services and generate interest.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and research.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and document sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
