Responsibilities:

  • Support painters during the production process.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by performing tasks such as taping, sanding, caulking, and making minor repairs.
  • Safeguard customers' landscaping, walkways, and other outdoor belongings.
  • Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures inside homes from any potential damage.
  • Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment used for painting.
  • Inform the Team Lead about any necessary supplies required for the job.
  • Participate in site clean-up activities at the conclusion of each workday.
  • Adhere consistently to company production standards.

Qualifications/requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
  • Extremely Detail oriented
  • Independent & self-motivated.
  • Flexibility working day & weekends.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Experience working on a painting crew (preferred).
  • Familiar with common hand and power tools.
