Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of production to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures for production management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural production management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in optimizing operational efficiency and productivity.
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management.
