If learning new things, working alongside friendly co-workers and making a difference in the lives of others is what you’re all about, then DQ is the place for you Our Assistant Managers will support the General Manager by leading their assigned shift and making sure all DQ standards are met. This will include maintaining all food safety and cleanliness guidelines, as well as leading our team to give our fans the level of service that will exceed their expectations. As a Dairy Queen Assistant Manager, you’ll learn the business side of the restaurant with cost management, inventory control, cash reconciliation and upselling.
