We are in search of a Property Management Assistant to become part of our team at a thriving apartment community.

Position Overview:

As a Property Management Assistant, your role will be to aid the Community Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable occupancy levels and achieve financial objectives.
  • Foster strong resident relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support the Community Manager in training, guiding, and motivating site staff.
  • Build positive connections within the community.
  • Be available for on-call duties as scheduled by management.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in property management is preferred.
  • Certification as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or a similar credential is advantageous.
  • Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate housing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit sound judgment.
