Outside Sales Representative PERSONAL and Protected Territory in AR

The Job as a Sales Representative…

- Manage an assigned personal territory and cultivate client relationships rooted in Christian values

- Travel up to three nights per week to meet with clients

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support


What we need from a Sales Representative

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel up to three nights per week

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- 1-2 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience

Sales Representative Compensation

We provide two competitive compensation plans:

1. Base salary of $50,000 plus commission

2. Straight commission plan


Both plans are structured to ensure annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,000, with expenses covered for qualified business activities. Additionally, all employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, a flex card, and a 50% company match on 401k.
