Candidates should have a hands-on Data Scientist background and handle some Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner responsibilities
- 10+ years of total experience
- 2+ years in leadership, PO, PM or management role working directly with business stakeholders
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications effectively to non-technical business partners.
- High energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
- Capability to anticipate and prevent project roadblocks before they occur.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile framework.
- Any Hands-On Technical experience with these technologies:
- Programming in SQL and Python
- Data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Building machine learning and/or optimization models.
- Spark/PySpark.
- Cloud Distributed-Computing Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Databricks, etc.)
- Querying/Mining large datasets and deploying projects on cloud systems.
- Knowledge of Git for version control.
