About the Role:

  • Center Only- Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm 
  • Direct supervision of client sessions.
  • Supervision of BHTs in the center.
  • Assessment of clients to determine appropriateness of center-based services
  • Ensure high quality services and clinical compliance in collaboration with Clinical Director
  • Provide parent training for center-based clients
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers of children who attend the center.
  • Day to day operations of our new center located in Montgomery County, PA, inclusive of opening and closing center daily (Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm)
  • Manage a small caseload.


Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate + active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
  • Strong technical ABA skills
  • Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
  • 1-year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work in our center during our normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
