General Description:


This position will be responsible for controlling the inventory in the district satellite warehouses.  This includes following all operations processes and company policies, proper inventory management of all consigned and company owned inventory, shipping and receiving product and sets, restocking dex sets and general office operations.


Primary Responsibilities:


-        Learn and follow operations processes and company inventory policies.

-        Communicate with local reps and TSS’s in Denver office to ensure district needs are met.

-        Control all consignment and GMM owned inventory in the office.

-        Keep inventory organized and follow FIFO rules for product that expires.

-        Work with Denver Inventory Lead to perform regular Cycle Counts in the office.

-        Analyze local par levels in the district warehouse. Adjust pars when necessary to fulfill cases and prevent overstocks.

-        Work with Dex Restock lead in Denver to restock Dex sets physically and systematically in Redspot.

-        Work with Arthroplasty / ATI lead to coordinate implant banks in sets in the territory.

-        Review 13 month to expire report and work with Inventory Control Lead to move slow moving inventory to other territories or the Central Warehouse to minimize expired.

-        Send all expired inventory back to the Central Warehouse.

-        Pick, pack and ship inventory when needed.

-        Deliver and pickup product and sets at customer locations.

-        Coordinate and lead future office operations personnel (local courier).

-        Adhere to GMM Core Values.

-        Other projects and duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:


-        Experience in inventory control, distribution and operational procedures.

-        Ability to work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.

-        Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to use MS Excel to analyze datasets. (intermediate to advanced user).

-        Must be available to train in the Denver office for a minimum of 4 weeks.


Preferred Skills

-        Willingness to increase knowledge of Arthrex products and how they are used.

-        Able to work alone and/or on teams.
