Commission Only:

  • Earnings Potential: Experienced agents have the potential to earn over $150,000 per year, while new agents can reach six figures in their first full year.

Compensation:

$150,000

Responsibilities:
  • Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients
  • Show homes to interested clients
  • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested
  • Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process
  • Build relationships with agents in other companies
  • Negotiate contracts and transactions
  • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
  • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients
