THE ROLE
The BSA will partner with a team of engineers, portfolio leads, and business partners where you will continue to develop your skills while helping ensure that the platform is effective and scalable for business-critical departments. You will provide a valuable contribution as a bridge between Sales teams and IT delivery. You should be able to utilize your time by testing key features & functionality before they are production ready. The ideal candidate is excited to learn new technologies, loves Salesforce, and is not afraid of a challenge.

YOU WILL
  • Manage projects on the Salesforce platform. Ensure alignment of IT resourcing and manage tasks according to project milestones.
  • Monitor and track the resolution of activities such as managing ticket backlog, grooming requirements, and triaging production issues.
  • Manage project communication to ensure that tasks, milestones, and expectations are clear to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions with engineers, conduct Quality Assurance Testing (QA), facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide.
  • Post-production support.
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including process definition and re-engineering, high-level and detail-level requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to collect requirements effectively, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions.
  • Perform Salesforce configurations and guide developers on advanced customization.
YOU HAVE
  • 10+ years of hands-on work as an SFDC Business Systems Analyst.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Experience in managing and delivering projects end-to-end on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce implementations, including integrated apps and tools.
  • Ability to distinguish surface-level requests from underlying business needs. Evaluate information received, deconstruct high-level information into functional details, and translate low-level information into business requirements.
  • Experience managing and implementing advanced configurations such as custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and workflow rules.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator having experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SFDC Lightning framework.
  • Proficiency with SFDC data management tools, SOQL queries, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Visual Diagrams, Google Suite, Slack, and Mac OS.
  • Written/verbal communication skills and can translate business requirements and engage directly with business stakeholders.
