POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Process Optimization and Tech Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and sales, with a deep understanding of business process optimization and technology integration. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify client needs, propose effective solutions, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Client Acquisition: Find and engage potential clients in need of business process optimization and technology solutions. Develop and keep a robust pipeline of prospects.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives. Present Beachfront, Inc tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
  3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Beachfront, Inc and expand your professional network.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, Sales, Information Technology, or a related fieldOR proven record of accomplishments in technology sales with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Proven record of success in sales, preferably in consulting, business process optimization, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, methodologies, optimization techniques, and technology integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
