Job Description:

We are seeking talented Architecture Project Designers to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and clients to develop conceptual design ideas for architectural projects.
  • Research and recommend building materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
  • Ensure that architectural designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Prepare accurate construction drawings and specifications for building permits and contractor use.
  • Conduct reviews and revisions of design documents to maintain quality standards and address feedback from stakeholders.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections during construction to monitor progress and resolve design issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong design sensibility and creativity.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
