About this position...

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, you’ll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record, and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. It’s a rewarding position You’ll be an important member of a child’s care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child’s life.
 

   Job Status: Full-Time

   Location: East Los Angeles

   Compensation: $22-$25/hr
 

What you'll do...

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
  • Collect, record, and verify data
  • Write notes, and follow plans developed by a BCBA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Participate in large group and small group trainings
  • Implement interventions to help develop skills such as social skills, daily living skills, communication, and preacademic skills
 

What you'll bring...

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Must pass background check
  • TB test required
  • Covid Vaccination or test once a week
  • CPR Certification (can be facilitated during onboarding)
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • RBT Certification is a plus
