Welcome Wagon is a national marketing company and leading provider of marketing solutions through different media channels like direct mail and digital platforms targeting new movers in different stages of their moving cycle.  We welcome new families into their homes by providing them with introductions to local businesses. We allow local businesses to have access to a sophisticated marketing solution at a competitive price.  
This role is 100% outside advertising sales, home-based, 1099 contracted, and offers:

  • Double commission payout in first 90 days
  • Uncapped commissions 
  • Compensated product orientation
  • Bonuses 
  • Opportunity to earn Sales Leadership Club including an annual paid trip.
This contractor position requires both phone and in-person sales skills (phone to set appointments, in-person to close). As a Community Marketing Executive, you will sell consultative advertising including direct mail, digital marketing, and social media programs within your local market. 
We have successful Community Marketing Executives (Sales Representatives) from various backgrounds such as:
  • PTA/Volunteers
  • Fundraising
  • Stay at Home Moms Returning to the Workforce
  • Teachers/Educators
  • Business Owners
  • Retired Professionals
  • Multi-level marketing
  • Outside Sales Representatives
Our successful representatives agree that their compensation is commission-only and is directly proportional to the amount of hard work they put in day to day. 
All positions are contingent upon receipt of satisfactory references, passing MVR-motor vehicle reports, valid driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Be able to work independently with company support. 
  • Extended periods of standing or sitting.
  • Ability to carry marketing materials less than 10 lbs. 
  • Driving and commuting required to visit local businesses for appointments at various locations. 
  • Frequent operation of computer-related equipment and software, including but not limited to laptops, keyboards, headsets, microphones, printers, scanners, tablets, cell phones, CRM software, use of email, and video conferencing tools.  
  • Automobile driving and the ability to recognize and safely avoid hazardous situations on the road while operating a motor vehicle.
Estimated Income
  • Between $30,000 and $60,000 annual
