Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Analysis Contractor with extensive experience in ServiceNow, specializing in the deployment of new modules and features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development and hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module deployments within ServiceNow. This position requires a thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT best practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of new ServiceNow modules and features, focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Design and develop processes to ensure they align with ITIL standards and best practices in IT service management.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement or redesign to ensure they align with ServiceNow functions.
  • Create robust and efficient processes where none exist, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all process developments are thoroughly documented, reviewed, and approved before system implementation.
  • Lead the ServiceNow SPM deployment teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet all specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and features in ServiceNow and IT service management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on IT service management and process development.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with the Strategic Portfolio Management module.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and a track record of applying IT best practices in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in leading large-scale IT projects and process reengineering initiatives.
