Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and strategic Aerospace Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving the marketing efforts for our aerospace products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation, a strong understanding of the aerospace industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the aerospace industry.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform marketing decisions.

  2. Content Development:

    • Create compelling and industry-relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex aerospace concepts into accessible marketing content.

  3. Campaign Management:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote aerospace products and services.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  4. Brand Management:

    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
    • Contribute to the development of brand positioning and messaging.

  5. Digital Marketing:

    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.

  6. Event Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate aerospace industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Represent the company at industry gatherings to network and build relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing within the aerospace or related technical industry.
  3. Strong understanding of aerospace products and services.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
