To help ensure our vans are functioning at 100% at all times and the shop area is well maintained and clean. Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude no matter the challenge. Be a great addition to the team that cares and values company culture and respect for one another. Requires consistent physical labor.


Pay: $12 - $15 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Keep our mobile grooming vans in tip-top shape
  • Keep spare vans stocked and ready
  • Clean and wash vans
    • Assist with preventative maintenance cleaning and servicing of van equipment
  • Clean and organize shop area
    • Sweep
    • Put away tools
    • Take out trash
  • Assist Fleet Coordinator
  • Assist On-Site Mechanic
  • Keep notes of problems/issues seen while working on vans and report to Fleet Coordinator
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a positive attitude while doing what it takes to get the job done

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Second Chance Employer Applicants with criminal histories are welcome to apply
  • Valid Drivers license
  • A great attitude is a MUST
  • Excellent work ethic and attendance
  • Must be dependable, flexible, and have the ability and desire to help when needed
  • Entry-level computer experience preferred

Essential Job Functions

  • Ability to work and stand on a regular basis
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach consistently
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Able to work weekends and/or overtime - as needed
