  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Develop campaign objectives, timelines, and metrics for success.
  • Brand Development: Assist in developing and refining the healthcare organization's brand identity, including messaging, visual identity, and positioning. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the organization's brand and goals.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, patient acquisition, and return on investment (ROI). Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA). Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff, administrators, and external partners, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Marketing Professional (CHMP)) preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in healthcare marketing or marketing within a related industry.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage marketing projects, including developing plans, coordinating resources, and delivering results within established timelines.
