A successful candidate will have:


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Base Qualifications:
  • Take a proactive role in championing the design, development, and testing of new features, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Effectively communicate risks and bottlenecks to all key stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to assess and convey potential impacts on project timelines and deliverables and tailor communication by audience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and scalability of the system, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing optimizations.
  • Proactively identify, and communicate challenges, risks, and potential roadblocks to project stakeholders, offering alternative solutions or mitigation strategies, and adapting them as needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, anticipating and adapting to advancements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging open communication and active participation among team members.
  • Assist with training new onboarding team members
  • Ability to quickly learn and familiarize oneself with new technologies, frameworks, and tools as needed for project demands

  • GENERAL
  • Lead multiple complex technical projects, as necessary or provide technical expertise in 1 or more areas related to function
  • Promote and execute Quality best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Provide functional & technical leadership on Quality and Test Automation initiatives
  • Maintains awareness of Quality and Test Automation touchpoints, works to develop relationships and collaborate across team boundaries
  • Responsible for designing and implementing test automation strategies for medium-scale to complex projects.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Organizational goals and how they relate to team and function, actively works to align team and functional objectives with organizational goals
  • Designs and executes non-functional tests independently.(security, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility)
  • Designs and develops pipelines as a code for Continuous testing & continuous integration
  • Incorporates metrics into team decisions on quality direction/approach - driving toward better quality outcomes


  • DEV TEAM
  • Identify areas for their team to improve development & testing efficiencies - Provides solutions
  • Proactive participation in planning/design phases of product development
  • Work with the team to increase the test coverage using various tools
  • Conduct code reviews and approve test automation PR's.


  • COE
  • Shares learnings with other teams and Quality-focused roles through Embedding
  • Designs a real-time automation dashboard to measure build quality and provide feedback to the agile delivery team
  • Participate in proof of concepts and other technical evaluations of new technologies
  • Investigate identified technical and functional risks and develop a strategy to enable the team to mitigate those risks
  • Contributes to defining best practices for Software Engineers on framework usage, debugging, test design, and test analysis
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and automation testing


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub experience, physician’s office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred
  • Experience in Performance testing: Define and drive performance test approach, identify performance test requirements and analyze results. Hands-on experience with Jmeter, Grafana K6, or any other equivalent tool.
  • 2-5 years' experience, with 2+ years in mid-level role


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
