Must be able to work night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
- Strictly adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with plate presentation guidelines and timely delivery of food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
- Utilize recipe cards and measuring tools accurately for precise ingredient measurements.
- Stock and break down sections at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Monitor and maintain proper rotation of prepped and batched food items to minimize waste.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and machinery.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service casual dining environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Food and Health codes.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
