Overview

The Robotics Factory is a leading innovator in the field of robotics and automation, dedicated to transforming the future of several industry sectors including agriculture. The consultants can potentially consult if IW agrees to work up to three (3) since this position is under the Build Back Better grant.

 

Position

As a Robotics Consultant, you will be a key contributor in the planning and execution of an industry-leading event. Drawing on your extensive background in engineering and robotics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the gathering provides cutting-edge insights, fosters collaboration, and addresses the evolving challenges in the agriculture automation sector.

 

Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Engineering (MS or Ph.D.)

- Proven experience (15+ years)  in the technology and agriculture industry.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep experience with robotics, automation, and agriculture and agricultural equipment is a must.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Technical Expertise

Leverage your advanced degree in engineering or robotics, coupled with over 15 years of industry experience, to guide the technical aspects of the event.

Provide subject matter expertise in discussions, workshops, and technical sessions.

 

Strategic Planning

Collaborate with the event planning team to shape the strategic direction of the gathering, ensuring it aligns with current industry advancements and future trends.

Contribute insights on key technical topics and emerging technologies.

 

Speaker and Program Curation

Identify and engage with leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals to participate as speakers and panelists.

Contribute to the development of a technically rich agenda that addresses critical challenges and opportunities in agricultural robotics and automation.

 

Technical Workshop

Develop and oversee the implementation of technical workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive sessions.

Ensure the inclusion of cutting-edge technologies and solutions in the event program.

 

Networking and Collaboration

Facilitate networking opportunities for technical professionals, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Engage with attendees to understand their technical needs and challenges.

 

Thought Leadership

Contribute thought leadership content for promotional materials, including whitepapers, articles, and technical blogs.
