AP Merchandise Processor

Role: AP Merchandise Processor

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $21 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Process 100+ invoices per day
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Monitor vendor invoices for discount opportunities; schedule and prepare entries for scheduled check runs
• Resolve PO (purchase order), invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation by ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos when appropriate
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintain historical records by assisting the filing process when needed

Requirements:

• Understanding of debits/credits
• Bank reconciliation experience preferred
• Software: Excel
