The Sales Manager | Outside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and closing new business partnership opportunities within the youth sports market per Traveling Teams Inc.’s standard operating procedures.

Sales Manager | Outside Sales Representative Summary:

The Sales Manager | Outside Sales Representative is responsible for representing the company’s brand image and delivering exceptional leadership. Their main duties are to facilitate active sales efforts, meet or exceed pre-established sales goals, aid in keeping the company profitable, and develop a strong marketing strategy. This entails a high level of ownership, youth sports market expertise, trend analysis, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teammates are a must.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting established benchmarks,
  • Identifying valuable markets to cultivate new business,
  • Executing superior customer service techniques,
  • Regularly following up with prospective business partners (leads) to maximize business opportunities,
  • Building and maintaining relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders,
  • Traveling (less than 25% of the time) to industry trade shows and professional networking events, whilst representing Traveling Teams Inc.'s brand image,
  • Exhibiting a self-starter mentality with a passion for customer-centric service in a rapidly growing industry,
  • Staying ahead of industry changes and environmental trends, and
  • Performing all daily duties as assigned by the CEO.

  • Demonstrates initiative and leadership qualities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; Associate’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of prior sales experience; with hospitality or youth sports industry experiences preferred.
