Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year(s) of cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant or professional kitchen setting.
  • 2+ years of experience with knife skill prepping.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in grilling techniques, beef and poultry butchering, meat grinding, and frying.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly shawarma preparation (preferred).

Skills:

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
