Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3) is a leading cardiovascular practice led by Dr. Tony Das, a nationally recognized Interventional Cardiologist. We specialize in all aspects of cardiovascular care including coronary, vascular , structural, heart failure , electrophysiology and preventive cardiology. Our team includes Dr. Imran Baig, Interventional and Structural Cardiologist, Dr. Nicholas C. Macpherson, cardiovascular imaging and heart failure specialist, Dr. Azizul Rehman, Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Ken Johnson, Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Syed Saad, Electrophysiologist, and Cardiovascular Nurse Practice Victoria Skobel.

Location:

Dallas and Rockwall, Texas

Position Summary:

  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm; Friday, 8:30am-3pm.
  • Hospital Rounding: Dallas, Rockwall, and Rowlett area facilities.
  • After-Hours Call: Every one in every five weeks.
  • Work Environment: Supportive of work/life balance.
  • EMR System: eClinicalWorks.
  • Experience Required: Five (5) years of cardiovascular experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in charting patient history, physical exams, and other notes in the EMR with clinicians and independently.
  • Build rapport and maintain regular communication with patients, families, primary care physicians, and specialists including communicating test results.
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Primarily clinic-based with some hospital rounding on a small inpatient census.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Valid Texas license in good standing.
  • Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA Certification.
