Position Overview: As a Crew Member at Eximius Associates, you will be an essential part of our event operations, supporting various tasks and ensuring that our events run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve assisting with a wide range of event-related activities and providing excellent support to both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating spaces.
  • Support event coordinators and managers with various tasks, including guest registration, managing schedules, and coordinating activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and handling special requests.
  • Help manage event logistics, including the preparation and organisation of supplies and materials.
  • Ensure that all event areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the success of each event.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours as required.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in event management or related fields are a plus.
