Our Equipment Mechanics perform minor to mid-level maintenance and repairs of small engines to diesels to heavy equipment. Interested applicants must be familiar with both gas and diesel engine work.

Experience / skills needed:

  • High school diploma or GED. Related trade school education preferred.
  • Minor to mid-level maintenance and repairs of small engines to diesels to heavy equipment.
  • Must be familiar with both gas and diesel engine work.
  • Mechanical skills and some welding experience required.
  • CDL Class A license with a clean record.
  • Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable running machine shop independently. Able to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Detail oriented to maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, supplies, etc.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Keeping your personal tools in good repair and ready to use when needed (large tools will be provided).
  • Entry level mechanic apprentices must be willing to learn and advance with the company. Training will be provided.
  • Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude.
  • Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screens.
