Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote private duty home care services in Northern Marion County, Carmel, Zionsville, Lebanon, and Northern Hendricks County.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources, including individuals and families.
  • Conduct sales presentations, explaining the benefits of our services and addressing client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at community events and professional organizations, shaping a positive company image.
  • Enter sales activities in our WellSky software, track sales metrics, and report progress to management.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in healthcare, senior care, or related industry sales (minimum two years).

•Excellent communication and people skills.

•Understanding of private duty home care services.

•Initiative-taking and results oriented.

•Proficient with MS Office and social media

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
