Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Direct Support Professionals.
The DSP position earns a competitive wage:
- $17 per hour
- Sign-on bonus of $500
- Full- and part-time shifts are available
- Flexible training is also available

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
As a DSP, you support people with special needs and disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. As a DSP, you will support the people we serve in a residential setting and also help with hands on support in many areas of daily living such as: medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation as well as other community and employment skills and any other assigned duties.
You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
