This is a commercial facilities and residential maintenance opportunity serving the greater Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio Texas areas with excellent customer service and quality work.


What You Will Receive

  • Earn $500-1,500 per week, depending on your skills and availability
  • Work as an Independent Contractor - part-time or full-time - on your own schedule

Responsibilities


The Handyman / Craftsman / Maintenance Technician has expertise in multiple types of commercial property repair and maintenance. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for craftsmen (and women) who can accept work and produce it. If you have at least 3 of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team:
  • Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
  • General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
  • Painting Interior and Exterior
  • Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
  • Flooring Repair and Installation
  • Landscaping
  • Snow & Ice Removal
  • Parking Lot Care


All candidates should be confident in the following areas:
  • Great Customer Service and Client Relations
  • Knowledge of Building Codes
  • Material Management

Requirements
  • Must have experience in the maintenance or repair trades
  • Must have a basic set of tools
  • Must have a current driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
  • Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
  • Must submit to a background check
  • Must pass screening process
