Job Summary: As a Marketing Associate at Level Workforce, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing department's initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing activities tailored to the construction and real estate industries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and contribute to impactful campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences within the construction and real estate sectors. Provide insights to help shape marketing strategies.
-Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and advertising efforts.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media channels by creating posts, scheduling content, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and promoting events, such as webinars, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring successful execution.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to marketing, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing marketing collateral.

Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
-Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
-Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
-Genuine interest in the construction and real estate sectors, with a desire to learn and grow in these field
