This role will be responsible for conducting and processing research via data entry, reviewing documents, submitting required documents, and tracking process. The Background Screening Research Specialist should be tech-savvy, focused, and detail-oriented.

Areas you will Impact
- Conduct research to compile various records or requested information based on state and federal regulations
- Identifies and communicates quality concerns in the information provided.
- Provides coverage to any area of Background Screening in times of need.
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
Key Skills and Experiences
- Data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Typing and 10 key proficiency preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Comfortable efficiently navigating around a desktop computer and multiple systems simultaneously
- Lifelong learner mentality; learning and trying new things to work towards being better than yesterday
- Motivated and determined to learn new systems, services, and processes, while being flexible, adaptable to understanding the software improvement life cycle
