  • One-on-One Time: Enjoy the fulfilling opportunity to treat patients on a one-on-one basis, fostering genuine rapport and achieving noticeable results.

  • Operate on Your Own Terms: Revel in the autonomy of the Home Health setting. You'll have the power to decide the treatment path that's right for your patient, without the burden of clinic mandates.

About the Position

We're on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference in patients' lives from the comfort of their homes. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to evaluate and treat patients experiencing difficulties with activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, pain, and quality of life due to illness, injury, or disease processes. By developing personalized treatment plans and setting achievable goals, you'll work closely with patients and their caregivers, involving them every step of the way to ensure the most effective outcomes.

Your Impact:

  • Personalized Patient Care: You'll evaluate patients' needs within the home health setting, focusing on improving their ability to perform ADLs, enhancing safety, and alleviating pain through tailored treatment plans.
