Applicants must have a flexible schedule and the ability to be on call. Successful candidates will be part of a team responsible for the preventive and overall routine maintenance services in the community. Facilities include multiple buildings, pools, beaches, and 42 miles of roads.

Experience with pools is preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of all Association facilities and grounds.
  • Works with the Director of Public Works daily to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely matter.
  • The ability to interact professionally with the membership and employees.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule and the ability to be on call. Successful candidates will be part of a team responsible for the preventive and overall routine maintenance services in the community. Facilities include multiple buildings, pools, beaches, and 42 miles of roads.

Ideal candidates should possess these qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years Custodial experience
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Pool experience with either a CPO or Category 24 Certification a plus but not required
