Vali Incorporated is seeking a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead manages all preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work data housed in the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) data base supporting the facility maintenance requirements for Fort Huachuca, Arizona.


The General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is the web-based asset and accounting system. GFEBS will be used as a production scheduling and monitoring system for determining the status of work, maintenance, and repair expenditures against individual facilities. The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall have GFEBS experience with Army Installation and Support Services/Base Operations Support, to lead our team of experienced professionals performing management, administrative, and facilities support services for Installation operations at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.


• GFEBS Manager will be responsible for GFEBS data maintenance and reporting.
• Compiling, tracking, and monitoring work data performance reporting and dissemination to project team and Government representatives.
• Document, manage, control all work performed under this contract, create work requests, and enter work documentation into the Government Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).

Required Skills:

  • Associate's Degree preferred; Additional years of experience may be substituted for any degree requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years of facilities maintenance experience in scheduling, work control, or project control
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience using Maximo and/or GFEBS
  • Public Works
