Busser - Food Runner

Are you ready to be an integral part of a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant? Saddlehill Cellars in Voorhees Township, NJ is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a part-time Busser - Food Runner.

With the potential to earn a competitive base pay of $9 per hour along with tips, this position offers a chance to earn great money in a restaurant where your contributions are valued. Please note that this position requires availability beyond the summer. Applicants looking for a seasonal position will not be considered.

YOUR DAY AS A BUSSER - FOOD RUNNER

As a part-time Busser - Food Runner, you'll be instrumental in bussing tables, running food and wine, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll assist our servers and show off your in-depth knowledge of our floor plan, table numbers, and menu, making you a valuable asset to our team. You'll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back to our restaurant for more. From clearing and sanitizing tables to restocking server stations, your attention to detail and dedication to following service procedures will shine through in everything you do.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Shifts can vary from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 10 PM during the week and on the weekends from 12 PM - 8 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM. Our vineyard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability beyond the summer
• 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledge about safety and sanitation standards in the food and beverage industry
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide an outstanding dining experience

Experience as a food runner in a casual dining establishment is preferred. Bonus points if you love wine
