Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $75,000 to $80,000 annually


Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive work environment by fostering strong relationships between employees, management, and medical professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring employee satisfaction, compliance, and overall well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee relations strategies.
  • Advise managers on handling employee-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and respect.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Partner with HR and legal teams to address complex cases.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  • Develop and deliver training programs related to employee relations and health services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
