As a Showing Assistant, your daily agenda involves touring luxury properties with buyers, holding open houses, and providing showing feedback. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll spend 90% of your working hours out of the office.

Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 plus 2% commission on the buying side with an expected total compensation in the $100K range.

Responsibilities:

Your Role

  • You will spend 90% of your work week out in the field. You’ll hold open houses on weekends, schedule and show property to buyers, and open Eva Lin’s listings for showing appointments. 
  • As you build rapport with clients, you will be expected to ask clarifying questions to understand your buyers’ needs. You will prepare comparative market analyses and materials to bring to showings. You will update the CRM with all client information and follow-up tasks.
  • You’ll update Eva on client feedback after showings.


Qualifications:

Key Software Proficiency

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Real Estate Software: MLS, Dotloop, Zipforms, DocuSign, Dropbox
  • CRM experience

The Details

  • Benefits: Paid vacation, car allowance, health insurance stipend
  • Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule. Evenings and weekends are required. You will have two days off during the week.
  • Location: Pasadena, CA. You live in Pasadena (or within a 30-minute commute) and are available to handle last-minute showings. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.
