Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties to the best of their abilities
- Develop and maintain recipes and menus that meet the needs of our guests
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
