This is a Key Person position at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA (previously known as Fort Lee) in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. CGS is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected award and start word date is March-April 2024.


Essential Functions:

  • Support sustainment focused home-station exercises for the following type units: Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Division Sustainment Support Battalion, Sustainment Brigade, Division Sustainment Brigade, Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and Theater Sustainment Command
  • Scenario development. Pacific and Europe based current operational environment
  • Operations Orders
  • Event products and templates: exercise battle rhythm, battle rhythm "quad" charts, and outlines and schedules for training
  • Event support manning document: Baseline document used by the Training Readiness Authority (TRA) for staffing and tasking units for exercise support personnel
  • Master Scenario Event List: storylines, situations, storyboards tailored to generate contingencies for established courses of action

Requirements:

  • United States citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance

Education:

  • Master's Degree in logistics or supply chain management
  • Military Education Level 4 complete

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of military primary staff officer experience
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-echelon (battalion thru Theater) OPORD development
  • 6 years' experience with military training and training support

Working Conditions: inside office on Government site

Required Travel: Minimal

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Week: Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

Overtime: as required

Contract Length: More than 1 year
