POSITION PURPOSE

The Treasury Analyst Iwill work with the Treasury team to provide support across all functions within the area including Credit Card Administration, Cash Management, and Merchant Processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides card administration support across the Purchasing, Travel and Fleet card programs by managing card issuance/cancellations and limits authorizations for cardholders, acting as a liaison with the card provider, extracting data for monthly reporting and supporting special projects.
  • Provides cash management support by facilitating wire processing, acting as the liaison for new bank account set ups and
  • Providing support to our central business office for bank letters and electronic payment enrollment as well as supporting special projects.
  • Provides merchant processing support to the hospitals, aiding with various card terminal inventories and audit requests.
  • Assist with various Treasury functions including invoice submissions, check deposits and special projects.
  • This position must sit at our Home Office, located in Birmingham, AL

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook)
